Seeking a senior IBM JAVA Developer with 9+ years of experience in IT industry to join SOA/BPM team involved in designing, developing and testing application integrations and business processes. Experience in design & development of structured SOA services in a multi-development discipline environment.  Experience with multiple development environments and SOA stacks.

Essential Skills:

     9+ years of Java/J2EE Development experience.

      2+ years of SOA (service oriented architecture) experience; will be working hand in hand with SOA Architects.

     Requires strong grasp of structured development methodology, i.e. RUP/Use Cases, Agile Development, etc.

     ;Solid experience developing in WebSphere, BPM (IBM Process Center, IBM Business Process Manager Advanced, IBM WSRR Repository).

      Must have solid experience in XSLT, XML, WSDL, BPMN/BPEL, WebSphere MQ, JSF2/RichFaces, Java/J2EE Application development.

      ;Extensive knowledge of DB2 databases.

     Experience with SOAP message and XML introspection tools.

      Experience integrating with legacy system adapters and wrappers.

     Strong background working with Object Oriented Programming using patterns.

      Extensive Java development experience.

      Adhere to architecture guidelines; ensure deliverables are completed on time by self and team.  Team player.

To assist the Department of Veterans Services VWWP  with development, design, integration, management, and support of their website system.  This position will serve to facilitate communication and coordination of website support services for the VWWP .  Will independently provide administration and technical support for these systems.  Will work with VWWP  team to capture technical and non-technical requirements to facilitate creating a set of comprehensive and effective plans and actions for developing and maintaining a high quality website.

Website KSAs:
•           Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the VWWP web site
•           Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary
•           Create visual concepts that match the content and the image wanted by the Wounded Warrior program and ensure the site is easy to navigate
•           Build the website using technologies that conform to Commonwealth of Virginia and Department of Veterans Services standards and make sure that they are universally accessible
•           Perform maintenance and updates to website when requested by VWWP
•           Create and provide support documentation and training on maintenance and update procedures
•           Manages day-to-day operational aspects for managing the Wounded Warrior website and communicate with external vendor and entities as required

Website Design and Administration
•           5-7  Years’ experience with website design and administration; degree in field preferable
•           Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and use of digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
•           Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash.
•           Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
•           Extensive experience working on PC and Mac platforms.
•           Extensive knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, with a strong portfolio displaying user-centered design and experience with web database solutions.

General KSAs:
•           Possesses professional and courteous attitude with customers, team members, and support vendors; and has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with each.
•           Very good spoken and written English, in order to design prototypes and train staff and other affiliated personnel

The Programmer is responsible for developing the service interface between Ohio's Immunization Registry and various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendor software solutions.

The Client is undertaking an application development project to build a single portal through which all electronic health information coming in and out of ODH will be exchanged. This will include the enhancement of the Dashboard which reports status of incoming and outgoing messages, new infrastructure to support messaging with Ohio’s Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)s, new service interfaces to facilitate bi-direction exchange between ODH and various Electronic Medical Record(EMR) software packages and a data quality improvement imitative to address known data quality issues.

This position will primarily focus sending and receiving immunization messages (i.e. IMPACT SIIS) through BizTalk. Work will include; manipulation of XML files,  creating and updating XML schemas,  customizing BizTalk maps using custom XSLT and c# routines,  creating and updating BizTalk Orchestrations, working with WCF services in BizTalk, and working with BizTalk SOAP adapter
