Provides IT network architecture and design engineering for Enterprise Cellular Network (ECN) design, project management, and standard IP network development. Ensures adherence to defined Network Engineering Processes and identifies and helps influence platform strategic direction in coordination with business users' needs and direction.

Responsibilities:

•          Enterprise network routing/switching strategy, solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements

•          Enterprise network routing / switching design standards

•          Design reviews and project engineering

•          Acquisition integration for network routing / switching services

•          Systems integration with Campus Area Network (CAN)

•          Feasibility engagements with business customers to ensure integrated network strategies are incorporated early in the process

•          Provide Technical leadership and guidance to junior personnel

•          Implement engineered IP network designs as applicable

Basic Qualifications:

•          3 years of experience in Technical Leadership of medium to large IT projects

•          5 years of experience in all technical aspects of Routing / Switching Engineering

•          Experience with GET VPN design and configuration

SENIOR JAVA Programmers who have some Architectural Experience. We are looking for candidates who have solid experience, who can articulate Programming Methodology and who have definitive leadership experience in prior projects. The purpose of this request is to augment the technical staff of the Information Technology Office (ITO) to design and develop a web based application for Drug Court.

The Judiciary is looking for  a Senior Programmer/Architect to work with the BA/Functional Architect to design the application and screens. They will also be responsible for coding.

Contract staff will work at the direction of ITO staff and will be required to contribute in all phases of project development.  This includes working with users, documenting system requirements, prototypes, design, develop and implement the Web application within the ITO RUP protocols and procedures.   Detailed work may include documenting business models, use case models, activity diagrams, generating coding specifications, perform coding tasks, unit test all modules and implementation of the system.

Selected staff will deliver completed system documentation and diagrams per the ITO Rational Software protocols and complete program components (Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Builds, etc…) as assigned.   All components must be clearly documented.  They must also create and maintain technical architectural diagrams, test plans and lead staff. Provide status reports to the project manager or lead. Complete system requirements documentation and estimates for projects and or tasks.

The initial phase of this project is to define the scope of the Drug Court Application.
