Job Title :  SAP Basis Administrator

Location: Little Rock, AR

Duration : 8 Months

 

SAP Basis Administrator to assist with maintenance, monitoring and upgrades to SAP related systems as part of DFA AASIS BASIS Team.

 

·         Assist with maintenance and upgrades to SAP related systems as part of BASIS Team.

·         Monitor systems and alerts, research them and make recommendations to resolve alerts. Create documentation; make plans to implement changes to the SAP related systems.

·         Follow policies, change management, and development standards. Produce quality, and add value to the BASIS team. Provide status reports on all work weekly.

·         ECC

·         SAP implementation experience 4.7 and higher                 

·         SAP Installation and upgrade experience 4.7 and higher

·         Java and Portals

·         Java Engine and Portals 7.0 and higher install, config, patching   

·         BW

·         BI 7.0 and higher implementation/ upgrade

Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Columbus, Ohio

Duration : 2 Months With Extension

 

The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program.

 

CLIENT is engaged in several projects that require overarching oversight to ensure continuity and integration in order to deliver. Some of the related projects include the CLIENT eIDS and security iniatives as well as interface activities that will occur as the OHT project moves forward. To that end CLIENT is seeking this resource to ensure continuity across these areas.

 

The Project will go through June 30,2012 with the option to extend accross multiple FYs.

 

CLIENT is engaged in an enterprise initiative that has a number of  interrelated initiatives; The program and related components are likely to across multiple fiscal years. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire program effort from start to finish. The Program Manager must ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. CLIENT is seeking a Program Manager who can Manage, direct, control, administer, and regulate an enhancement or development program that includes multiple interrelated projects:  

 

The Program Manager will:

 

1) Have oversight for multiple projects within the overarching program;   This will entail interfacing with assigned PM's (state and contract)

2) Report status and results to senior leadership using metrics provided from PM’s and CLIENT, toolsets VSTS ;

3) Responsible for coordination activities of interrelated or dependent projects;

4) Meet with PM’s on sub or related projects within the program and any which have a dependency on the program;

5) Assists PM’s in coordination of business analysis and quality assurance activities;

6) Develop overall program timeline;

7) Work with senior leadership designee in order to participate in financial planning related to program;

8) Maintains program dashboard;

9) Works with senior leadership to forecast resource needs and ensure on-boarding plans are developed and implemented;

10) As program manager works with PMO and Application Management to ensure CLIENT SDLC and PMO practices are followed; As part of this effort attends or monitors iteration reviews, retrospectives and planning sessions;

11) Works with senior leadership and meets with vendors including participation in contract employee and contract reviews;

12) Assists senior leadership in  developing strategic and tactical roadmap;

13) Participates in CLIENT business meetings such as steering and impact meetings.

14) Utilizes Microsoft tools within the MS VSTS TFS 2010 software environment to record and track work items;  MS office tools (Excel, Word) to support generation of metrics.

15) Responsible for managing project scope

16) Responsible for managing change control process

17) Utilize AGILE software development methodology.

18) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

19) Good written/verbal skills.

20) Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation initiatives.

21) Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of various departments in the company, such as distribution, finance, and manufacturing.

22) Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
