Mandatory Skills
|
- Hands on experience with IBM BPM Process Manager (Lombardi) version 6.x and 7.5.X with 5+ years.
- Directly contribute to and lead solution development in the areas of process modeling, business logic, UI, and interfaces.
- Lead or participate in solution playbacks to demonstrate progress, iterate requirements and implementation directly with business users.
- Apply business modeling frameworks such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to solutions.
- Apply business concepts such as key process indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA), metrics and reporting to solutions.
- Tailor user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface.
- Participate in the development of an executable process model that communicates implementation detail for direct execution while retaining clarity required for maintainability and business stakeholder communication.
- Proactively monitor Lombardi process execution and perform performance tuning. Understand how Lombardi interacts with the components of its application stack in order ensure optimal configuration and performance.
- Practical skill in Java Scripting
- Has worked under Agile development and is familiar with agile concepts such as iterations/sprints, test driven development, backlog, etc.
- Install, configure and manage an IBM Process Manager into a WebSphere middleware environment using core product skills and best practice methods

- Hands on experience with IBM BPM Process Manager (Lombardi) version 7.5.X with 2-2.5+ years.
- Implemented 1 / 2 Projects directly with business users.
- Directly contribute in the areas of process modeling, business logic, UI, and interfaces.
- Apply business modeling frameworks such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to solutions.
- Tailor user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface.
- Participate in the development of an executable process model that communicates implementation detail for direct execution while retaining clarity required for maintainability and business stakeholder communication.
