1.Job title : QA Analyst (4 Openings)

Location : Chicago

Duration: 12 Months

Experience Level: Mid-Level

 Required Skills:
- Experience with end to end testing, interaction/integration with multiple downstream systems
- Strong understanding of testing life cycle ( experience with knowledge of agile life cycle a plus )
- Experience in test case authoring, Execution and Reporting
- Knowledge on test and defect management tools (Quality Center, Jira etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write queries to verify data in Oracle DB
- Strong communication ( written / verbal ) skills 
- Highly analytical, proactive and detail oriented
- Must be a self-starter and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment

 Nice to have Skills:
- Experience with FIX protocol
- Financial industry background
- Experience with Automation tools a plus ( Selenium )
- Experience with development of test harness ( Java ) as part of internal testing a plus
- UNIX Shell Scripting

2. Job title : QA Tester

Location : Chicago, IL

Duration : 7 Months

Experience Level: Mid-Level

 Interview Process: Phone + Face to Face Interview

 Recruiting for a QA tester with a development background. Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies preferably iterative approach. The candidate must be proficient with SQL, PERL, Ksh, UNIX/LINUX, and messaging technologies preferably TIBCO. In addition, they candidate must have prior experience testing large systems. In addition, the candidate must have prior experience integrating large systems.

 Notes from the Hiring Manager

- QA Tester will be writing test cases and testing applications that are both GUI and non-GUI based.

- MUST be very strong in SQL and UNIX.

- Nice to have some Selenium and Java background as the applications are written using Java

- Java programming would be a plus but not required

- Financial experience along with FIX Protocol and Tibco are required skills

- If candidate does not have the financial industry experience but has Java and Selenium, they can be considered as an alternate

3.Job title : QA Tester with FIX Protocol

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Chicago IL

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Interview Process: Phone hire

 Recruiting for a QA tester with some development background. Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies preferably the Agile approach.

Required Skills:

Must be proficient with FIX protocol (Financial background is mandatory)

Strong SQL skills

UNIX/LINUX skills from a user perspective

Experience in messaging technologies (TIBCO) would be a plus

Prior experience in testing trading systems and order entry systems would be a plus

Some understanding in Java would be a plus

Job title : Server Side Java Developer

Duration : 6 Months

Requirements:

Looking for a Senior Java Server Side Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience (this will not be a junior role).

These roles are to work on a new testing framework to assist in new tests. They are looking for a Core Java developer – some experience  with Cucumber, Junit  is preferred (not required)

Fix protocol is a strong plus . Unix is needed to the level of commands , no shell scripting is necessary

SQL /Oracle is another plus .

Any experience with low latency middleware (Tibco) is a plus. This position deals with the front office in the trading.

Experience in object oriented programming, design patterns, test driven development.

Main areas of responsibility include:

• Proficient in writing server applications using Java technology

• Implementation of automated testing frameworks including Cucumber and Robot Framework

• Experience with the FIX protocol, messaging middleware, and SQL a plus
