The contracted business analyst will be responsible for the following tasks related to the anticipated CRRS system replacement:
•Work independently and in collaboration with subject matter experts to review the existing CRRS modules:
o National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
o Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP)
o Summer Foods Service Program (SFSP)
o CORE
o CRE (Review Module)
o CnpXpress (Review Module)
o SFSP (Review Module)
o Fund Recovery
o Cash Balance
o Management Report Analysis and Survey
•Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to document as-is and to-be system requirements for each CRRS module including:
o Business Imperatives
o Scenarios
o Use Cases
o Process Workflows
o Screen Mockups
o Functional and Non Functional Requirements
o Requirements Traceability Matrices
•Other related duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by the OCN Director
Overall IT Experience Required 7 Years
Conduct workshops for requirements gathering and analysis Required 7 Years
Create workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Required 7 Years

Develop business imperative requirements - what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures Required 7 Years
Develop functional requirements - describe what the system or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements Required 7 Years
Develop user (stakeholder) requirements - the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted Required 7 Years
Develop quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - requirements needed to support system functionality Desired 7 Years
Develop report specifications - purpose of a report, justification, attributes and columns, owners and runtime parameters Required 7 Years
Develop requirements traceability matrix - a matrix for recording requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering Required 7 Years
Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes - scenarios, use cases, process workflows Required 7 Years
Experience developing screen mockups - translation of system requirements into a graphical/image representation Required 7 Years
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio Required 5 Years
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Required 1 Years
4 year college degree in a related IT field of study Required
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server Desired 1 Years
IIBA Certification Required
Experience with Documentum Nice to have 1 Years
