COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY:
Must have previously resolved similar PeopleSoft-Finance-AR performance related issues
In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft-Finance-AR related functional as well as application.
Expert in Systems Administration, PIA Components & tiers, Webserver-WebSphere knowledge essential, ApeServer, Jolt & Tuxedo.
Provide level 3 expertise in troubleshooting issues related to performance of transactions
Perform SQL query tuning for out of the box as well as custom code written in SQL queries etc.
In depth knowledge troubleshooting via PERFMON logs/slats, SOLT and Solaris OS traces
Provide estimate on time required for completion of transactions based on certain load.
DESCRIBE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply latest round of PeopleSoft Bundles
Provide PeopleSoft Infrastructure Support
